Epic Logistics LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Tally Budget mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email address (for account identification and communication)
  • Password (stored encrypted - we never store passwords in plain text)
  • Account creation date

Financial Data

  • Budgets: Names, date ranges, income amounts
  • Categories: Names, colors, allocation amounts
  • Transactions: Amounts, dates, descriptions, category assignments
  • Savings Goals: Names, target amounts, target dates, progress
  • Recurring Transactions: Amounts, frequency, dates

Household Data

  • Household names and membership details
  • Member roles (owner, admin, member)

Subscription Information

  • Subscription status (active, canceled, etc.)

Important: We do NOT store your payment card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment details. All payment information is processed securely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

  • Push notification tokens (for sending notifications)

Usage Data

  • Screen views and feature usage
  • Navigation patterns
  • Error events and diagnostics

This analytics data is collected through PostHog and used in aggregated, anonymized form for service improvement.

  • Role-based access controls limit data access

Children's Privacy

Tally Budget is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
